Classic Book Pairing: The Great Gatsby
0.6 oz raw Tuna steak, *Sushi grade, cold, right from refrigerator
¼ c Soy Sauce
¼ c Organic Vegetable Oil
1 tsp fresh minced Ginger
2 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Japanese Sesame Oil
1 tsp organic Rice Vinegar
1/8 tsp Red Chili Paste (optional)
Chives, chopped for garnish
Cut the raw cold tuna into small pieces.
In a bowl, add soy sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, lime juice, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chili paste. Stir to combine.
Add the diced raw tuna to the soy mixture and combine well.
Place tuna mixture into a small bowl and garnish with chives.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy immediately!
