Classic Book Pairing: The Great Gatsby


1 oz of Trail Distilling Trillium Gin
½ oz fresh Lemon juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Perrier carbonated water
Lemon garnish

Let’s Begin:

Add the gin, lemon, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a champagne flute and top off with the Perrier water.
Garnish with lemon.
