JGD’s Christmas Wreath Salad is seriously the perfect salad meal for serving and eating this holiday season! Its sooo delicious!! I used mixed organic baby greens, smoked turkey, Italian gorgonzola cheese crumbles, pistachios, crushed walnuts, and sour dried cranberries. I dressed this beautifully healthy salad with a simple homemade dressing of 3:1 reduced white balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil for a more acidic vinaigrette (which I prefer). Add a red sparkly bow and voilá…. a holiday Wreath Salad!!

**Eating healthy throughout the holidays is vitally important to make good eating choices, so you don’t lose all the progress you’ve made at the gym and at home exercising and dieting!! Remember, 90% of your eating should be healthy and low in fat, low carb, high fiber, tons more veggies for nutritious eats, reduced red meat consumption!!, reduced overall sugar intake!!, and most of all DO NOT make foods that will tempt you to ruin your diet or your health goals!! Or, do like I do…. make food and give it all away, bcuz if its in my house then i will eat it! Feed your family healthy foods too, and not promote bad eating habits to them either. Be responsible with what you feed yourself and your family’s monsters (mouths)!!
